Primer and Antipas
A primer prepares the surface and improves adhesion before painting. Antipas is an anti-corrosion product that protects metal from rust.
Primer and Antipas
A primer is a coating material designed to prepare a surface before the finish coat is applied. It improves the paint's adhesion to the substrate, reduces surface absorbency and extends the life of the coating. Depending on the composition (acrylic, alkyd, epoxy and others), primers can also serve protective functions — preventing metal corrosion or strengthening porous surfaces.
Antipas is an anti-corrosion compound used to protect metal from rust and corrosion. It is applied to metal surfaces, including those already affected by rust, and forms a protective layer that prevents the metal from deteriorating under the influence of moisture and air. It can be used as a standalone coating or as a primer beneath a finish enamel.
Both materials are used to prepare surfaces for painting in construction and renovation. They ensure the quality application of subsequent layers and extend the service life of the coating.
